Next is to apply some type of adhesive to attach the patch to the wall. After the adhesive dries, the final step is to sand down the edges of the patch so that it is smooth.

Plaster is a traditional wall covering material that is made from lime, sand, and water. It is applied in a thin coat over a wooden lath and can be molded into decorative details.
